Pencil and pen sketching
I like the neutral design of this sketchbook. The covers are thin plastic that bends so it doesn't give you a hard lap surface. The cover is black and clear so you're design on the top sheet shows through a little. The paper works well for pencil and pen (not marker) art. It's not thick enough to hold up to getting wet. The pages are perforated so the artwork can be cleanly removed, if needed. The side spiral binding allows the book to lie flat.

This is so cool looking!
This was ordered for my 13yr old son who likes to draw his creations for future use or make pictures for his friends. I placed a Pocket folder to the left of this so you can see its a little bigger than the normal binder size, which is perfect. Nice large white sheets to doodle, draw or write on and also a perforated page so you don't have to rip the page from the rings. The cover and back is made of a stiff plastic which protects the paper and both sides are checkered which makes it look even cooler (yes I am a little jealous). Solid buy!

Amazing quality sketch book
Got this for my toddler who loves sketching during spare time at home and even in school during art days. The sketch book pages and very think and he even using water colors after sketching and the pages don't bleed on other side when using water color which is a big plus. Definetly happy with the purchase and will be buying again when needed.
