Quality Craftsmanship - Elegant Style
This gorgeous piece of craftsmanship [...] The wood grain was such that we could have stained it, but our plan was to paint it a glossy white to match all the trim in the house. It turned out beautifully and is the focal point of the living room - we had our carpenter adapt it to our (much larger) fireplace, and the result is stunning at a really good price. We'll definitely buy from fireplacemantels.com again!

Great buy
[...] The quality was much better than I expected for the price I paid. I painted it so, like the other reviewer, I cannot say how it would take a stain. The process was very easy and the result is beautiful. If there are any ladies out there waiting for their husband to do something with the fireplace like I was, you should know all I needed him for was to help me stand it up after it was assembled.
