Amazing, great carrier. I purchased three of these, one for each cat. I left the entrance flap opened so they can go inside on their own in which of course they did. My cats love it and hang out in the bed that is included. Today, we did our first trip to the vet in the new carrier. My cat Ariel, no crying or freaking out as they do in the hard case carrier with the gate closure. She easily went in, I zippered up, she was so comfy, loving it, to the vet in style and comfort, easy to carry for me compared to a heavy hard case carrier. My cats love it and I do as well. Great buy, two in one bed and transportation carrier. No more freaking out your pet and big enough for their comfort and easy carrying for you.

We purchased this for our Yorkie pup. She loves it. Stays in it most of the time, even when we are in the room with her! She loves the tag inside the carrier. Rather than remove it, I left it in the carrier for her to chew! I like that it serves multiple purposes, carrier, dog bed, protection/security while at the vet's. It isn't cumbersome, or heavy for me. And the pad is washable. Materials used in the construction of the shell can easily be cleaned and wiped down.
