Strange balloons - need inflator

Strange color and texture. You must use an electric inflator. The dampness in a human trying to blow these up causes the balloon to fog and have dampness inside. Just note this if you don't plan to use helium. They are mostly clear when inflated but not quite. I wouldn't use them again and just cut many open to use the silver confetti on its own.
