You order 12oz, you get 8oz

For a second time in a row I received 8oz bottles instead of the 12oz bottles I ordered. Still waiting for the correct order. I'm now told (the 3rd order) that it should arrive by Monday the 24th after already being told it should arrive by the 21st. My advice for both the merchant %26 the customer is to check for the correct ounce bottles of that order. I mean how hard can it be?
