Welcome to Panky Doodle! I had been making some or the other fancy shaped pancakes for my kids for the last 6 years. During the pandemic, I realized that it was a great way to make other kids feel special and bring a bright moment to their day. Being able to see a happy face and smile, through food, was my greatest calling.
