Wrong Item Delivered

The wrong item was delivered. I ordered the Arbor with Finials, they sent an Arbor with Vines. While the dimensions are the same, it's a completely different look. I tried to Chat for help, it didn't work and kept redirecting me to a different item in my order, so I emailed the company—I am still waiting to hear back.
