These brioche buns are so much nicer for burgers! Regular buns tend to be dry and crumbly, falling apart. The Brioches have a nice texture, lovely flavor and they stay together as a good bun should! I purchased the slider size too for a luncheon serving chicken salad on them. So yummy!
