Surprisingly, I pretty like formula of it, because of its concentrated formula that I use it always by fewer drops whenever I wash dishes, and still very effective. This may go to dish soap whenever I'm out of regular detergent. It cleans dishes well and has a wonderful scent. It just doesn't make enough bubbles when washing dishes. I always use water hot as you can tolerate. I have a four star because it cleans even though doesn't make a lot of bubbles
