I have Been using this Facial Toner for a few years now. I Found out about it from regularly using the Skin Success Deep Clean Astringent formula without Anti-Dark Spot. Its been my Go to Product for giving me a thorough pre-Cleaning for my Face and Body. To Even out my Skin Tone as well. But Specifically the Dark Spot Corrector/ Anti-Dark Spot Formula was designed to Target the problematic dark spots caused by Acne , and in my Case evening out my Complexion after an Eczema Flare up. My Routine is Just not Complete without it.! Will be ordering more , as I don't like to Run out of it. Thank you Palmer's!
