This is perfect for moisturizer before I braid, especially when I cannot wash my hair. I am in the ocean and the pool often; this conditioner works great considering the activities I am involved in. The conditioner is light weight, not oily, or heavy.

I purchase this on a regular basis for a leave in conditioner %26 treatment for my hair. It works great just have to know how much is right and too much leaves a wet ish look. So just need 4-5 sprays over your whole hair %26 you're done. It lasts till you wash it out. It's a great product and smells good %26 clean. Definitely recommend this bottle will last me a month. So just depends how much you're using and spraying but I have a little longer than shoulder length hair that's medium/thin hair type.
