Note

Before adjusting the headlights, ensure proper alignment. Park your vehicle 10-25 feet from a wall and aim the headlights at it. The centerlines of the headlights should not be higher than 3.5 feet above the ground.

Headlight Adjustment Steps

1. Find the Adjustment Screws: Locate the adjustment screws on your vehicle's headlight housing.
2. Adjust Headlights Individually: Adjust one headlight at a time. Use a rag or towel to cover the other headlight to avoid accidental adjustment.
3. Adjust Vertical Field: Turn the top screw clockwise to raise the beam and counterclockwise to lower it. Aim the top of the intense beam at or slightly below the center of a horizontal line on the wall.
4. Adjust Horizontal Field: Turn the side screw to adjust the left/right direction. Aim the intense part of the beam to the right of the vertical line on the wall.
5. Test Your Adjustments: Verify the correct alignment of both headlights.
