I purchased 2 tires, and a week later I received 1 tire, but the confirmation email stated I received 2, so after speaking to customer service and telling them that I only received 1 tire, they checked the tire, and the information stated that the tire was out of stock but that I needed to wait only a few days. I waited a few days, and then I received an email from customer service saying that they "lost" the tire in the mail and that I could keep the tire and receive a 50% refund or give both tires back for a full refund. Things happen, but how does one lose a 20" tire in the mail? Lol Just dumb stuff.
