Whom ever is having knee issues when it comes to pain theses patches works wonders. I don't know what's better for you but I leave the patch on overnight before bed. When I wake in the morning my knees are feeling strong, repaired and ready to go. If you're having knee issues test this product out, one box won't hurt you. If you're not for you then take them back to customer service for a refund. I am on my second box as I type.
