Inconvenient

The shampoo is good, but the plastic container lit come in is awful. Since it's in a 33 oz plastic bottle every time I use the pump it collapses in and makes it difficult to get the product out. It's going to be hard to use this product with such a defective plastic bottle. Maybe they could send me a new empty bottle…??? So inconvenient. Barbara A.
