Product is great. It's just frustrating to have to go nearly 20 miles to pick up an item when expecting it to be from 5 miles away. It also sucks that an item is cancelled when it was at the store I had to go so far for a pick-up. I feel that if I have to deal with the inconvenience, there should have been a discount or something for the trouble.
