We have only had the TV for 1 week, so I can't speak to longevity, but we are really enjoying this TV! It was packaged very well, it is HEAVY, so have a friend to help. It was simple to set up and turn on and log in to my apps. The picture is bright and very clear. In fact, on some newer movies and shows it feels like the characters are in the room. The sound is good, but a little low. Maybe I need to make some adjustments or get a sound bar, but it is fine really. The price was the BEST I could find on this size TV.
