I love these vitamins so much! All the reviews saying: they won't make you nauseous, and are good for a sensitive stomach, is correct! I have to worst morning sickness being pregnant and even before conception, my stomach is very sensitive to taking vitamins. These are perfect if you get nausea easily for any reason. These have no dyes, they're packaged in a way where you cannot ever miss a dose by accident, it comes with everything you need, not just your multi-vit, but also with calcium, D, and omega 3 supplement, all in three easy to swallow pills. I recommend this vitamin pack for than I have any vitamin in my life.
