Xylitol is recommended by dentist and TikTok. Do your research for all benefits. I am a mouth breather, so my mouth is always dry, and that causes cavities alone. Dentists recommend mints or sugar free gum. Xylitol better than some sugar substitute in the “sugar free”

I like this gun in the flavor except for the bubble gum the flavor does not last very long at all. also the sour gum which are larger pieces strawberry and grape are weird. as you chew it it becomes like a sticky paste in your mouth I do not recommend these at all. I've tried almost every other flavor though and they are good.
