A USED Promoumt was sent to me and damaged.
I ordered this mount at the same time as my tv. After numerous delays in shipping both items arrived on the same day. The tech service I used at the time of checkout scheduled a day to come out and mount the tv the following day. Once the tech arrived and opened the mount it ended up were bent and pieces were missing. It was obvious that this mount was used and someone just put it back in the box and sent it back. Contacted customer service through chat/walmart and no resolution has been given. Not only did I waste time to take off work but also the techs time do to him not being able to mount the tv because of the damaged equipment sent to me.
