Quick delivery. Very easy set up. Clear instructions. Makes crystal clear' great tasting ice. We use a 5 gallon jug so no plumbing to hook up. No five star because the ice melts if left in the bin. When ice drops I need to move it to the freezer quickly. We live in Arizona we use lots of ice!
