Necessity in our house

My partner and I are both predisposed to dehydration due to different conditions, and Powerade is something that we have in the house and drink on a daily basis. My personal favorite is the strawberry smash, which I hope Walmart begins to carry and/or they begin to make Smaller sizes. It's so popular! Anyway, the stuff tastes like the punch that you would drink as a kid, except it's a little bit better for you. There is a slight difference between this and the Powerade, zero, but truly the taste is not that much different, which is pretty great. Usually zero sugar drinks taste like crap. I'm a fan of strawberry smash zero, and usually my partner has this kind. I'm not sure why Walmart reviews prompted me to add stars for “workout“ after taste/value for money, so that's why you might see one star for that, very weird. The caps I find are easy to open in the bottle shape makes it easy to hold, which is a huge thing For me personally.

Prevent dehydration

I like the flavor of Mountain Berry. I get these because I'm not a big water drinker. And these are much better than being dehydrated. I like Powerade better than Gatorade. There's less sodium in Powerade. Flavor is good too. And these are usually less expensive.

These are amazing. I love the taste. You get a good amount of OZ per bottle. They are alittle pricy. Are they worth it? Yes. I am a mom of 4 and i dont spend extra money on something i can find a cheaper version of. Or i just wont buy them at all. These are a splurge or a recovery in my home. Everyone in my home drinks these. From my 6 year old with a straw to my 40 year old husband. These help with a night outs recovery or if youve been sick. These also help hydrate me after the gym. I dont really use it for the gym, but i have before. These are great.
