Pet house arrived packaged safely. The assembly instructions were some of the best I have ever received. For the cost, the house will keep our feral cats safe from winter and rain and that is the main reason for buying. All you need is patience and an electric drill. Voila!

Great cat house

I got this on sale, which was a good deal. I have 2-3 cats who are indoor %26 limited time outdoors. I have put it inside for now, so they get used to it. Then I'll put it out this winter. I really like this two story cat house, it is very good materials %26 it takes 2 people to put it together. Only drawback was one pack of screws were missing but I took the instructions to Home Depot %26 a very nice lady there found me the missing screws.

nice quality for the price, fairly easy to assemble. 2 story cat house but upper floor is open to lower level so no separation if needed. If weather us freezing or windy, the house could be drafty. I used Styrofoam from packing to help insulate the inside walls. works great!
