I bought this PB2 because I have been put on a heart healthy, diabetic diet and regular peanut butter just doesn't fit that bill. It took a little bit of experimenting to get the consistency I wanted but once I did, I really like it. It's easy to use in smoothies, shakes, as a fruit dip and on toast.
