Just what I was looking for!
We have a Chrysler Pacifica van with the rear entertainment system, which includes headphones for the rear movies, but my daughter prefers to listen via speakers. I tried several speakers that connected directly to the aux-in port, but they were all buzzy, and the cords were a mess. Now, we have this device with its short aux and usb cords plugged into the ports, with no dangling wires. We have an echo dot plugged in behind, and when we want to play through the speakers, we say, “Alexa, connect to Bluetooth,” and it connects in seconds without my having to push any buttons on her screen or the devices. The sound quality is great, with no more buzzing. Perfect!

Don' waste your money on this product
This transmitter adds significant latency to the audio signal. It adds enough delay to 'see' when using Bluetooth ear buds to listen to TV audio. The sound is significantly behind the video. Had to use wired headphones instead.
