Assembly was somewhat easy with a few challenges. Our first use was grilling burgers. I'm used to flipping burgers often so the first few came apart. After getting the hang of things, the rest of the burgers were great. I need to mention that it was about 45 degrees out so the grill needed to be closed more often. Next, we smoked a boneless turkey breast and it was delicious.

The smoker works great and it's easy to use and fairly easy to assemble. My only issue is that there is no way to empty the remaining wood pellets out of the hoper. I've seen most models have a try that you can pull out and it empties it. This one however does not. The only way to empty out the remaining pellets is to vacuum them out. So you have to use a little at a time or else it's a hassle getting them out.
