I am 50, I work out 2h everyday and I try to live a life as healthy as possible. I used to take Vitamin B2 for cell formation, which works very well in the long run, but decided to give it a try to P-5-P because I read many good things about it. I use to take it at night, so it can work while I am asleep. In the morning I feel more energetic than ever, more mentally focused and I get better results at the gym because other supplements like protein are working (being assimilated) better, even when I have slept only for a few hours. There are other longterm benefits that I still cannot detect but I am sure is also working effectively, because this version of P-5-P works.

I love this product because it is the active form of vitamin B6, which doesn't require conversion in your liver. When I buy B vitamins I always look for the active forms. I also love that it doesn't have any stearates, gluten or milk and the price is great.
