Shockingly good! I purchased this as a suggestion from a friend. I have an older bed mattress, but $500 for a new one isn't in the budget right now. There is a sagging spot dead center. I inflated this and placed it over my mattress but under my mattress topper. I can't get over the difference it made! It completely lifted the drooping spot exactly as needed. It provided perfectly firm back support without being stiff. Problem solved for $30.! Fabulous!! **The only thing you might want to note is that the "self inflating" is more than a little bit of a stretch. I followed the instructions exactly and you need to either "mouth blow" to fill the mattress or have some kind of air pump. Lucky for me i have an electric one. You will need to add air in some way because the "self inflating" part barely does anything. Regardless, this mattress is both soft and firm. An excellent product at a very affordable $30. Buy it. You'll be glad you did.

For this money, it's really good price and really good quality, its not self inflated, however people think that expensive pads are truly self inflated, and they wrong, use 8$ chip pump and problem solved, pad is soft, packed size like my seatosummit pad, overall good
