This cot is a great alternative to an air mattress. The set up is super easy. There are no bars pressing into your backside while lying down. I added a pad for a bit more cushion. My little dog and I fit on it just fine. Though only 8 inches off the ground it is easy to get up off from. Perfect for inside a back packing tent. Very lightweight and has a handle for carrying.

Sets up extremely easy, folds up easy, push buttons in on end bracket. Very comfortable and especially with the 1 inch foam Walmart sells as it packs easy with old belt. Very happy with all Ozark Trail items I've bought as they give quality better than much higher priced brands at affordable prices.

Overnight shift bed

I use this cot for when I work my overnight hotel shifts but I'm sure it would be great for camping or something too. It's very easy to pull out and put away when needed. When it is folded, it's super compact and is easily tucked away. When fully extended it allows me to completely lay down with a few inches to spare and, for me, I can tuck my knees up some. It's an ideal little cot to keep you off of the floor. Its netting isn't super stiff so you have comfort too and aren't just on a flat surface. It's got good sturdiness and I get good sleep. I'm very glad I purchased.
