purchased 5 of these for $5 each. i kept one, one toneach of my 3 boys and 1 to my son in law. its my everday carry knife. are there nicer knives. yes. nicer for $5? i dont think so. very impressed. walmart has been stepping up the value knife game! super smooth action, blade is good but does dull fairly easy.

Over 3", single handed operation, crossbar locking

This is a fun EDC knife with a crossbar lock that lets you open and close it with a single hand. This feature is very handy. It dulls a lot faster than its D2%26orange brother, but the 'stormtrooper-knife' in white is distinctive. Keep in mind that the blade is over 3" and that impacts pocket knife policy a lot of places. The crossbar lock is lower profile on this vs the D2%26orange version and this version is also 20g lighter--this is noticeable. I remove the thumb-pin from the blade so it can enter and exit my pocket with as little fuss as possible. Also, this pocket clip is easier on the fabric than the orange/D2 version. Overall, I like this one better for EDC, but the orange one is better overall if a bit heavier.
