Great gift and great knife!

Amazing knife for the price. It is not assisted open, but it locks firmly and is my go-to every use knife. Makes a great gift too, if you can find it in stock. Has stayed sharp though all my uses, but I don't abuse it at all. If I got stuck in a situation where I did need to use it harshly, that's OK, cause as good as it holds its edge, it should sharpen back up. If not, I can handle replacing it for the amazing price!

This is benchmade's little brother. The hinge is perfect and a direct replica of benchmark's trademark locking mechanism. Can't speak for the blade, but as someone who sharpens regularly, it can't be worse than a benchmade. I just need it to cut stuff without being $****. For $10 i'll take that bet.

A truly worthwhile compromise

This razor sharp , near peer clone to a knife that costs 25x more is fast into action, equally fast to close and is entirely capable of handling even the toughest chores a edc folder will encounter. The d2 tool steel though somewhat difficult to sharpen will keep an edge for a long time , i actually sharpened mine upon arrival for a shaving edge and have not even had to do a touch up in the month of continuous use and wear it is a phenomenal knife and i hope to see some more knives in this vein and at a similar price point . It lets you feel like a fancy guy without any of the anxiety
