Absolutely loved it. Purchased 20 20-oz and 3 30-oz to give as christmas gifts. It really keeps hot liquid, HOT and cold liquid, COLD. I had ice remained in solid form overnight (placed in cup at 9:15 pm, next day, 8:00 am travelled out of state (4+ hours), put some juice in, ice was still solid and juice was VERY cold. Reached my destination. Went to bed, woke up, ice was STILL in the cup. It does not sweat. Hot liquid do not penetrate outside. EVERYONE is thrilled with their gift. I am very happy to be the proud owner of such a small treasure.

This is hands down the best hot/cold mug I've ever owned. Price and performance are unbelievable. I made a "cup" of hot tea at 3 pm, went on an appointment, the tumbler sat in my car from 4:30 until 6 pm (Cincinnati, OH about 36 degrees outside temperature) and when I got back into the car and took a drink, it was still very warm, not tepid, a warm-your-body warm!
