This hooded poncho is perfect. It's a thin plastic, but not so thin it rips. I wore this over 3 shirts plus a hoodie, and a large coat. Plus it was storming pretty bad, also cold. There was not one rip, or tear. I am actually going to purchase several more and use them for Christmas baskets.

Durability I needed
I have not used it as of yet due to using it when I go on my cruise to Bermuda and South Carolina in June 2026. I have a flimsy one on it's last leg that I used when I went to the Grand Canyon in September 2025.This looks more durable is why I purchased it.
