We like to take our Solo Stove Bonfire camping with us but it is big and kind of clumsy to handle. We decided to try a smaller version but couldn't justify the expense. Took a chance on this Ozark Trail unit. We used it exclusively with wood pellets for this past weekend and it worked fantastic. Just like the name brand. Quality seems very good and the way it breaks down (once you do it once or twice, makes it very portable. We would recommend this stove to anyone.

haven't used it yet, but it was as expected so far. it has a convenient cover so it stays proteceted from all the dust. The grill is big enough to feed a family of 4 with a couple of steaks and a few ears of corn. I like that it's portable so I can take it camping.

I am consistently impressed with the quality/price point of the Ozark Trail line for camping, and this little gem didn't disappoint. For less than $100, you can burn logs or pellets, easily cook food on the top, then nest it all together in a compact carrying case. This is perfect when you aren't permitted to transport firewood and you don't want to spend a fortune on firewood at a campground. Just bring a $5 bag of wood pellets plus this stove, and you're set. The metal is sturdy and the whole assembly is well-crafted. I also have a Solo Stove and this is even BETTER than the Ranger because the accessories (like the top grill) are already included!
