I take Apple cider vinegar capsules before meals and Ox bile salts after meals. If I haven't eaten much, I will also take them with my other medications for absorption.

I've been taking ox bile for a couple weeks now to help aid in digestion. I no longer have a gallbladder so I take it to help break down extra fatty meals. It seems to help. I am more regular than I was before, although I found I drink more water with it too. The capsules smell just as you think they would lol! But it's manageable.
