The Band is innocent. The label however, GUILTY!

Motorhead is a great band and there are great songs on this album the problem is, there was either a manufacturing error or the re-mastering went bad. The volume drops out for 1-3 seconds numerous times I believe on track 1, a few times on track 3, and I found numerous other audio glitches on other tracks. I tried it on various cd players, even an Alpine cd player, and Alpine is high end, and the issues are still present. Not sure what's going on with cd's these days, I'm finding more and more labels are releasing poorly made re-mastered albums. Quiet Riot's Metal Health sounds iffy at best, and Rhino's re-master of Stay Hungry by Twisted Sister, the first release, disc one was totally screwed up, then they fixed it but it has numerous audio pops on the fixed version. The Japanese re-masters of all three albums I mentioned above however, they sound great and are glitch free. I guess US labels just don't care to put much QC into manufacturing anymore since cd sales are down, while in Japan they're still selling great and they even have two new formats like SHM and blu-spec, which play on normal cd players despite the fact they're made like blu-rays and have higher quality audio.
