I love chocolate milk and this is great hot or cold. I prefer cold and I use water instead of milk as I am allergic to dairy...I also add malted milk powder some times...Ovaltine has vitamins/minerals so it's not just junk to drink...better than that other brand that starts with an "N".

I have loved Ovaltine since I was a kid (I'm 72) It was a staple in our home for hot chocolate in the winter ~~ YUM. Now I keep it especially for the grandchildren, and myself and husband, of course. The taste is wonderful, a nice a chocolate taste without being overly sweet. I especially like the chocolate malted flavor myself, so I keep both in stock all the time. I have one grandchild 21, and 3 younger, youngest if 5. They have all grown up on Ovaltine. I feel better with the Ovaltine vitamins and minerals vs any ole' chocolate milk powder. To me it is important to grab the little extras that are good for you whenever possible. They always tell their Mom they want Gramma's hot chocolate because it tastes the best. Yes, I fancy it up with whipped cream or a spoon of vanilla ice cream, but who is to argue with what a child likes the best! A bit of trivia - Ovaltine has been in the US since 1915 - nothing lasts that long unless it is GOOD!
