I've all sugar-free popsicles I've ever had in my entire life this is combination is among the top 3! They're low-calorie they're delicious. There's no hideous after taste and the fruit taste is wonderful. I have blood sugar problems, and most popsicles spike my blood sugar and then drop it very low when I get terrible headaches and shake, sometimes especially at the popsicle has corn syrup in it. These are free from anything unnatural and an excellent price for something without a lot of preservatives or additives. I highly recommend for people with health problems, but even for people was perfectly healthy . Try these instead of the sugar filled popsicles. You won't miss a thing!
