Warranty information
Our products have a one-year warranty: we stand behind the legendary quality and craftsmanship of all our products. Our warranty covers our products for one year from the purchase date for the original owner. If you experience a manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship we will repair or replace the product. We ask that you keep in mind that all our products are crafted by hand and might contain some slight imperfections. Like most hand-crafted products, the slight imperfections are what add character to an already awesome product. If you feel that these imperfections are excessive, we will repair or replace the item. Custom orders of un-stocked items will be exchanged for another item of equal value. We always do our best to keep our customers satisfied. This warranty only applies to holsters that are sold by Outlaw Holsters.
