Everything was great. I've had this backpack for almost a year. Now I take it everywhere I go it functions like a dream. One part which I found out is a design flaw in all of the camel type backpacks is the soft mouth spout gets nasty and is difficult to clean out properly so if you leave water in the bag like I do and don't close the valve something about that gives a nasty film in the mouth spout and stains it. so I would suggest to the makers a cap maybe attached to the spout by some little plastic that you unscrew the mouse spout and screw the cap on when the mouth spout isn't in use other than that its the best tool to stay hydrated on the go. Wish bathrooms where still public. So I actually close the access where the water comes out into the mouthpiece and remove the mouth spout and there's plenty of pockets on the bag to put that into safety.
