Great product!!

I originally ordered a much more expensive pad, then was notified it was seriously delayed for shipping. This arrived promtly and surpassed the much more expensive pad. Thick, soft foam like a good quality firm, memory foam bed mattress - and a cover that is comfortable but water just beads up on it and never seems to penetrate you just sweep it off.

Beautifully made cushions!

I received two of these chaise cushions which are made so well, are comfortable and very attractive. Unfortunately, since each cushion is custom made to order the stripes were off center on one and not the other. My chaise are placed in the yard side by side so I was disappointed by this detail. I contacted the company to explain the situation and they immediately responded to let me know that theyd replace one of the cushions so Id have a match and that I could keep the extra one, on them. That is was what Id call excellent customer service. My replacement cushion arrived today and I now have two matching cushions. Id most definitely give this company business in the future and recommend their chaise cushions to anyone looking for an attractive, comfortable and beautifully made cushion for their chaise.

Luxury Hotel Quality

Just a little work getting the foam in the cover 9Definitely Fold the Foam!) snd you have a terrific Lounge pad. We decided on the wider 26 since the metal lounge rail can get hot on summer days, and its nice having the overlap for protection from the occasional high-heat WAKE-UP call.
