Instructions

Place your dog on the pad throughout the day to familiarize him with the attractant. When your dog eliminates on the pad, immediately reward him with praise and a treat. Quickly replace the soiled pad with a new one. If your dog eliminates other than the pad, place him on the pad and encourage him to eliminate there. Once your dog is trained indoors, you can begin teaching him to eliminate outside. Gradually move the pad closer to the door, and eventually to the desired area outside. Or use indoors every day for stay-at-home dogs.

I'm in my seventies %26 have had dogs my entire life. I recently tried several other brands of puppy pads %26 having been a user of Four Paws Puppy Pads was very disappointed in the other brands — less absorbant, tracking, literal pooling of urine on my floor %26 a mess to clean up after every use! I have small breed Senior dogs who are very good about using puppy pads. Never have I had such a mess. I have gone back to my Four Paws Puppy Pads %26 find things much more manageable %26 can enjoy these little dogs. I also don't have to worry about entering the area %26 in addition to a mess, possibly slipping %26 falling myself! Great product!
