Helps with eye strain due to extended computer use
This is actually a reorder. I've purchased these a number of times before somewhere else but Walmart has a better price. I work all day on the computer and these pills do help with the eye strain. Before I started using them I was getting occasional stinging pains in my eyes from extended computer use. Once I started using theses those pains were virtually gone.

I don't know about the ingredients but, ultimately, after all these years I have no ill effects from the capsules, much improved vision, no need to wear glasses anymore for the small print; just a great and helpful product overall.
