Had to replace an old model

I purchased an Insinkerator hot water dispenser over five years ago but the handle broke off after only a couple years and fixed it best we could. It broke off again a few more times. We decided to contact Insinkerator to order a replacement handle but was told they do not have a replacement. I decided I couldn't live without it so I had to order a whole new unit. I ordered the "Indulge Tuscan" model and it arrived quickly. After checking it out we noticed it is made MUCH better than the previous model. So far it's great and I just hope it lasts longer than 5 years. Also Customer Service is great.

excellent product

This is a good looking hot water dispenser that I needed to replace a plastic model that snapped it's handle . The only reason that was a little bit of an issue was the water inlet tubing was too short for my purpose- I had to splice a 2 foot section onto it - works great for the last year !

Our Tuscan Jewel

We really enjoy the dispenser! Use it frequently every day. It saves time in so many ways - quicker boiling water, instant hot tea, rinsing hand-washed things I don't put in the dishwasher, iced tea prep, etc. This is our second dispenser - the first one lasted 11 years with no problem. Really missed it while we waited for the new one to be installed.
