The Senokot family of laxative products use a natural vegetable laxative ingredient derived from the senna plant, uniquely refined by science to be reliable. Senokot is recommended for gentle overnight relief of occasional constipation that can be caused by travel, stress, dietary changes, or aging.
How to Get Relief
1. Choose any of our natural senna plant-based laxatives: Senokot® Regular Strength, Senokot® Extra Strength, Senokot® Laxative* Gummies, Senokot® Laxative* Tea, or Senokot-S® Dual Action (senna plus docusate sodium stool softener)
2. Take your Senokot laxative product preferably just before bedtime or as directed by a doctor.
3. Within six to twelve hours, you'll generally have a bowel movement.
