Limited Warranties: Pfister warrants that for as long as the original purchaser owns the home in which the Pfister product (the “Product” excluding the electronic sensor, control box, power unit, GE filter manifold and GE filter cartridges) is originally installed, the Product will be free of all defects in material and workmanship that would impair the intended and proper use of the Product. If the Product is installed in a commercial application, the above mechanical warranty shall be limited for a period of ten (10) years from the date of purchase of the Product. Problem with handle
Had master plumber install, the square piece behind the handle turns in a different direction then the handle, it should stay stationary or turn with the handle. Also the hot water does not get completely hot. The issue seems to be with the handle. What do you recommend. It was just installed 4 months ago and pointed this out to builder and master plumber they seem to be perplexed

Poor Quality!!!!!!
While I love the look of this unit...the quality absolutely stinks!!! Prior to even the first year, the paint started chipping off of the parts and the valve that was needed to use the unit was made cheaply of plastic and a piece of it broke off. It hasn't affected the operation of the unit, yet, but for the price I was hoping for quality pieces to be used inside, perhaps metal, instead of plastic!!! Very disappointed!!!!!!

Incredibly disappointed
Like some of the other reviewers, i purchased a house that just had the bathroom redone with this model shower kit. This kit barely lasted 5 years, and truth be told barely lasted 3 years. The primary offender is the bath faucet, which has chipped and discolored, and pulled away from the wall - quite an eye sore, and embarrassing if you have guests over. It's incredibly frustrating because these are expensive, and there's some expectation of quality product. I would suggest avoiding this model.
