Deserves all the kudos
I investigated this dishwasher because of it's great reviews in Consumer Reports and elsewhere online. After viewing it in person, I chose it, and a matching KitchenAid fridge. The dishwasher was easy to install, and runs like a dream. It has a tiny blue light on the front to indicate when it's running - and you need it. It's the quietest dishwasher I've ever come across. It looks flawless, and does its job perfectly. Everything comes out beautifully clean, and it dries even the plastic items evenly. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. This is a VERY QUIET dishwasher. Things are coming out very clean. The only thing I would comment on is that when it was installed it came with samples of Cascade washing packets and also a sample for drying aid. But before the Tech left he advised I not using the packets because sometimes the plastic does not fully dissolve and may cause problems down the road - he said if you use them to cut them open.. so why do they promote them if it may cause issues.
