Excellent quality Frypan
This frypan and matching lid are great quality with the lid fitting perfectly snug. The base of the pan is between 10" and 12", but the top width of the pan is 12". The instructions caution that the lid and pan have different maximum temperatures if put in the oven. My first item cooked was a quesadilla which was perfectly browned without any oil. I'm very happy with the heavy quality.

I've been buying Anolon for 35+ years so I am a fan; it's all I own. Value is excellent, support is superb with the lifetime warranty, and the cookware is a joy to cook with. The Anolon X is marvelous. I love the way it spreads the oil in the bottom of the pan for even cooking. Also, like the 4 qt size of the casserole. I wish you would make a Dutch oven with it. I would replace mine if you did.
