I am 89 years old, and keep up with exercise and weight lifting during this crisis. I am also a vegetarian, so getting enough protein is important. Ensure Max Protein fills the bill. I avoid added sugar, and this product contains only 1 gram of sugar.

So sorry, but I quit!
I love the flavor of Ensure Max Café Mocha! For over a year this has been my go-to breakfast protein shake. However, lately the coagulated wormy items in the shakes have become more and more frequent and larger. I now have to pout my protein shake through a strainer to be able to drink it. This is not acceptable! As much as I love the flavor and the vitamin and mineral support from this Ensure Max Protein shake, I can no longer tolerate the wormy items you allow to continue in each item. I quit!
