Dr. Scholl's Pain Relief Orthotics for Sore Soles for Men, 1 Pair, Size 8-14

I am an in shape late twenties male and suffer from pain across both feet mainly towards heel with hard skin build up in painful areas. I've tried LOTS of insoles and gone to various Doctors without joy. Stated using these about 1 year ago and can't say how great they are. I now have a pair in each of my dress shoes and some in my trainers too. I don't write reviews but these are worth it. Try them if you have sore soles.... They really work. Just hope they don't drop the line anytime soon.

I think it took about two days to fully appreciate the added benefit of these insoles. I placed them into my most-new, month-old runners and they felt better than new! The OEM insole was already flattened. These Scholl's insoles have been in there for more than two months and they still feel fine. These insoles fit perfectly into the shoe and I experienced two benefits: 1) much improved support and 2) the bumps / nodules help keep my feet feeling ventilated. I bought another set of these to put into an old pair of cross-training shoes I wear when working in the garden or mowing the grass. These insoles made the old work-shoes comfortable again. Buy a pair of these and you will not regret
